Suggestions & Complaints

As a patient of the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, you have the right to voice grievances or complaints to us about our services and staff, and to suggest changes in our policies and procedures, all without negative repercussions.  We encourage patients to submit their own contact information along with their grievance or complaint, so we will be able to communicate any follow-up response.  However, grievances or complaints that are submitted anonymously will also be examined to the fullest extent possible to address the concern noted.
