Each year, Callen-Lorde provides literally millions of dollars worth of care for people in our community who cannot afford to pay. Often, these people remain patients – and frequently become donors as well – once they get back on their feet. With the help and support of our generous donors, Callen-Lorde is improving the health of our community, one patient at a time.

As if that weren’t enough to justify your support, we are doing much more than that. As the standard bearer for LGBT healthcare, Callen-Lorde provides training and education for healthcare providers throughout our region. We share our research and treatment protocols with other concerned professionals around the globe who share our goal of improving the quality of care for everyone, but especially for the LGBT communities.
